Orders and Shipping
Yes, you can checkout as a Guest. However, by signing up for a CORE merino account allows for a much quicker checkout, as it stores your details for future purchases
Not a problem. You will have the option to enter separate details for shipping and billing addresses at checkout. Or, if the addresses happen to be the same you can specify that too and avoid entering your details twice.
We try and ship orders as soon as the payment for the order has been made. Orders ship within 1-3 business days following the receipt of payment. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
All orders within South African boarders will ship via DCB. All International orders will ship by DHL.
We have a flat shipping fee on all orders shipped within South Africa of R150.
For international orders, we will give you an individual shipping fee quote based on your location.
In addition, please note that shipments outside of South Africa may be subject to tariffs, duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), etc. These costs are your responsibility and are not included in the shipping charges. Please consider the transit times vary due to location and customs procedures in each destination, so transit times are only an estimate.
