Orders and Shipping

Can I checkout as a “Guest”?

Yes, you can checkout as a Guest. However, by signing up for a CORE merino account allows for a much quicker checkout, as it stores your details for future purchases

Can I provide a different shipping address?

Not a problem. You will have the option to enter separate details for shipping and billing addresses at checkout. Or, if the addresses happen to be the same you can specify that too and avoid entering your details twice.

When will my order ship?

We try and ship orders as soon as the payment for the order has been made. Orders ship within 1-3 business days following the receipt of payment. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

How will my order ship (carrier)?

All orders within South African boarders will ship via DCB. All International orders will ship by DHL.

What is the cost of domestic shipping?

We have a flat shipping fee on all orders shipped within South Africa of R150.

What is the cost of international shipping?

For international orders, we will give you an individual shipping fee quote based on your location.

In addition, please note that shipments outside of South Africa may be subject to tariffs, duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), etc. These costs are your responsibility and are not included in the shipping charges. Please consider the transit times vary due to location and customs procedures in each destination, so transit times are only an estimate.

Can I edit my order once it has been placed?

For any order changes, please contact 041 503 3013 or email info@coremerino.com. Order changes can only be accommodated if the item(s) have not yet been shipped.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. and we will do our best to assist you. Please contact 041 503 3013 or info@coremerino.com.
