CORE Merino provides a flat rate shipping fee on all orders of R150 within the borders of South Africa. Orders ship within 1-3 business days following the receipt of payment. Parcels are prepared with the utmost care and protection to ensure safe delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do ship internationally and the shipping costs will be calculated based on your location.
For international orders, we will give you an individual shipping fee quote based on your location.
In addition, please note that shipments outside of South Africa may be subject to tariffs, duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), etc. These costs are your responsibility and are not included in the shipping charges. Please consider the transit times vary due to location and customs procedures in each destination, so transit times are only an estimate.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You can return or exchange items purchased directly from CORE Merino within 30 days from the ship date as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached. Hi Collette, unfortunately we do not have any outlets in Durban at the moment. We will have a stall at Comrades Marathon in June and we offer free return shipping if you wish to order a few sizes to try on and can send any items you do not wish to keep back to us.

I have checked Moove in Claremont & I can’t see any Merino products on their website. Is there anywhere else in Cape Town that stocks Core?
Moove should have selected styles in their shop in Claremont but otherwise no one else in Cape Town carries CORE Merino at the moment. However, we will have a pop-up shop at Mitchell’s Ale House at the V&A waterfront for the Bastille Day trail run registration which will be happening July 9th and 10th from 11am to 6pm as well as at the Bastille Day race at ‘Old Bells Lodge’ on the edge of the Berg River Dam on Saturday July 13th. What styles are you interested in so we can be sure to have them with us next week?

Hi there, do you perhaps have a sizing chart or any brand I can compare sizes to? My husband is usually a XXL shirt and 38 trousers, and I wear size 34 top and 36 bottoms. What sizes would you recommend? I am looking for base layer items for both of us.

The size charts for our products are listed on each product page for you to reference – we shifted the sizing a bit with our Nuyarn range so please do refer to the size chart link on each product page for the correct sizing information. However, if your husband is normally a 2XL then I would recommend a 2XL and for yourself I would suggest size Medium.

We do stock Indalo at Old Nick’s Village in Plettenberg Bay but can’t guarantee that they’ll have all the styles and sizes available.
